Sting Rays Overview

Sting Rays is an intermediate stroke-development class for experienced swimmers ages 5+ who are ready to combine individual swim elements into full strokes. This level focuses on stroke foundation, endurance, breathing control, and self-discipline while preparing swimmers to complete each stroke at least 24 meters.

Sting Rays swimmers already understand the individual elements of swimming and are ready to combine them into complete strokes with stronger body control and endurance.

This class builds a stronger stroke foundation while developing water safety, treading water, breathing technique, and awareness in the water.

Students must be able to front and back float independently, swim continuously without breaking, already know basic front crawl, and perform a front-float to back-float rollover without assistance.
Tuition is $28 per lesson. Students attend one 30-minute class per week, sibling discounts are offered, and the annual family registration fee is $40.
