Star Fish Overview
Star Fish is a beginner swim level for children ages 3+ who are ready to participate without a parent in the water and begin building confidence, safety, and early independent swim skills. This level is split into Beginner Star Fish and Advanced Star Fish so children can progress at the right pace based on their comfort and skill level.

Beginner vs. Advanced Star Fish
Beginner Star Fish is for total beginners and children who are not yet comfortable in the water. It introduces basic water safety, water orientation, voluntary submersion, assisted front and back floats, kicking, and early breath control.
Advanced Star Fish is for beginners who are already more comfortable in the water and are ready to move toward greater independence with stronger swim skills like unassisted front and back floats, more breath control, unassisted kicks, and early dog paddle.
