Read below for some important information about our school and enrollment process questions.

1.)  You are automatically set up for enrollment renewal each month. What does this mean?You don't have to keep registering after each month: You keep your day & time unless, a.) your child tests out (testing done every 8 weeks) or b.) your availability changes or you withdraw.

2.) You have until the 15th of each month to submit your withdrawal request.
This can be over the phone, in person or by email. If we don't hear from you by the 15th, your child will automatically be re-enrolled for the following month.Please note for scheduling reasons we don't allow cancellations after this dateso be sure to get your request in early if you already know ahead of time.

3.)
When your auto-enrollment begins,our system will automatically charge the credit card we have on file. There is nothing you need to do if you plan on continuing and you should receive an automatically generated summary email regarding your tuition/enrollment. 

4.)
Tuition is charged based on the total number of lesson days in a month.That means that some days will meet for 4 lessons and others may meet for 5 lessons. If you see a higher tuition charge for any given month, it typically means you will be receiving a fifth lesson that month.

5.)
Last but not least, makeups can be scheduled for missed classeswhen you notify us at least 24 hrs in advance.If less time is given for notification, we allow a makeup for the first instance and Free Open Swim passes for any instance thereafter, as well as in situations where available days don't work for parents. There are no limits on makeups for classes missed with 24 hrs. notice.
