Students will learn to become comfortable in the water, and introduced to basic
skills like voluntary water submersion, assisted floats, kicking, and breath control.

These classes will move our swimmers towards more independence and stronger swim skills like unassisted front/back floats, even more breath control, unassisted kicks and dog paddle.

This level was designed for students ready to work on breathing exercises, connecting their front & backfloats with controlled rollovers and are ready to learn basic stroke technique.

Can they swim Freestyle with side breathing over 15 meters & have been introduced to backstroke?
Students in this level are ready for even more development with the introduction of the back & breastroke as well as connecting swimming and breathing.

Students will work on mastering the ability to swim Freestyle Catchup and Breaststroke 15 Meters or farther. Endurance & treading water are emphasized and the sitting & kneeling dive are introduced.

Your child is ready to learn independent lap swimming of 30 meters or more with the introduction of Flip Turns & Dolphin Kicks.

Our recreational team was designed for advanced swimmers 8+yrs. who are ready to prepare for a team environment. Endurance, teamwork and competiton are emphasized.

This is an advanced pre-team class that stresses bringing all the strokes together and mastery of the butterfly. Children will work on swimming strokes 30 Meters or more and the class time is increased to 45 minutes.
